Perfect fit and combination as always! I personally would have went with a simple white linen pocket square but none the less,a very strong look! Good to see you back!

  2. Diego Says:

That vest has to go, it cheapens this otherwise great suit. Wear a tie bar instead. Less is more.

  3. Steven Says:

yea I may agree with the vest.. buttttt.. a tie bar is even worse.. a fad that really only works in the MOD sense imo..very much a fad that only works with a skinny tie.. anything over 3.25 and it looks garish..if less is more than he does not need a tie bar.. everything but the vest would work..

  4. Sherlock Says:

Fantastic individual pieces here and great shoes!
Not a fan of the waistcoat here but like you said it added another layer therefore is was practical.

  5. Nate Says:

I like the waistcoat. Fit is immaculate.

@Steven I have no idea in what sense a tie bar could be described as a fad.

  6. Diego Says:

If the vest is deleted then a tie bar would be a great accessory to visually minimize the distance from the tie knot to the first button on the jacket. Don’t forget, this guy is 6’9″.

  7. MoPhat Says:

I agree with Nate. In what sense is a tie bar considered a fad. My Father wore one in the 1950s and I still see men of good taste wearing them today. From what I see it’s been a fad of no less than 60 years.

  8. Bespoke Says:

Tie bar is no fad, they have been around for years!

  9. Sosa Says:

Hey guys.. thanks for the props..I wore the vest because of the colder weather but honestly I dont think that it cheapens the suit..I feel that it provides more of a visual break up of a look that is draped in monotony and minimalist approach with the solid suit, tie and black shoes..to each his own is what I usually say, but I like this quirk..as for the tie bar I agree and disagree.. I disagree that it is a fadish look but I do agree it works better with skinny ties than bigger ones. Personally I am not a tie bar guy.. but Ive seen many instances where it does work..thanks again all!
